How it works

1.

Select a design service and submit your payment.

2.

You’ll be directed to a form to submit your event details and photos.

3. 

We’ll deliver your proof by the agreed date.

4.

Once approved, you’ll receive the final draft!

  • The standard turnaround time is 3 to 5 business days from the time all necessary details and materials are submitted. Rush service may be available; please contact me first before placing a rush order.

  • Yes, each flyer includes two rounds of minor revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds will be billed at $20 per round. (Major redesigns may require a new order.)

    • Due to the nature of custom design work, all sales are final. Refunds are only issued in the rare event that I am unable to complete your order due to unforeseen circumstances.

    • We reserve the right to cancel a project if the working relationship becomes unmanageable. If work hasn’t started, a full refund may be issued. If work is already in progress, a partial refund may be given.
